As a way to keep in touch during the 2020 pandemic, Berly and LA started podcasting with their debut, anything-goes talk show, The Tipsy Exchange. During those discussions, Berly and LA realized that they most enjoy talking humorously about TV/Film, mythology, suspense, and hot guys. Supernatural seemed a natural fit. Ben Edlund

Ben Edlund (born September 20, 1968) is an American cartoonist, screenwriter, and television producer best known for creating the satirical superhero the Tick. He developed the character in high school in Pembroke, Massachusetts, which became a comic series and animated Fox show (1994-1996). In the 2000s, Edlund joined Joss Whedon's team, writing for Firefly and Angel (including the Hugo-nominated "Smile Time"). From 2006-2013, he was executive producer and writer on Supernatural (seasons 2-8), writing 24 episodes. The show honored him with a character named "Carver Edlund." He later worked on Revolution, Gotham, Powers, and a 2016 Tick reboot.
