Berly:

Welcome to denim wrapped nightmares tipsy exchange Podcast where we explore the supernatural series, episode by episode.

LA:

over drinks, we'll discuss the lore of gore and what we adore about the Winchesters and their adventures.

Berly:

I'm burly, and I'm a new fan of the series. I'm

LA:

LA, and I'm here along for the ride. Now let's get

Berly:

well, we're live. We made it through the first five seasons. I know. Are you excited? I believe. We made it. And thank you guys for joining us today. First things first, we do want to follow suit with supernatural then and now and shout out the super wiki website. Without the super wiki, I don't think that we would have been able to do two episodes a week as an excellent resource for the show. It's fan run. And so that means it costs money. If you're able to donate a few bucks, we have their donate link on our link tree. I think that I saw they almost have enough for this year's costs, which is the goal. They just want to cover the year. Go ahead and check that out. I think I saw that on their Twitter. That link is on our page. So we want to shout them out. Thank you so much. And then next up, we're going to review our el mar. Margarita. So I was cleaning stuff out off my desk and I found this little postcard. I don't know where I got this. But I found this little postcard. It's like what the hell, we'll give it a go. And so I ordered a bottle. And when LA and I opened it, we were both like neither of us are huge Margarita people. But we're like, we'll try it. And if we like it, then we'll like do a review or something. And we totally thought we were going to do one glass and just try it. What happened la they're always too sweet.

LA:

So that's just what I expected. But it's really good. It's

Berly:

so good. And we ended like we drink the whole bottle. Like we're on our second bottle now today. I was impressed. It's really good. It's not overly sweet. It's like a wine bottle though. There's only going to be like four servings in a bottle. So if you're not somebody who would think that spending like 50 bucks on a nice bottle of wine is worthwhile. You might not like it, but it's delicious. I love it and we got more than buzzed off of that one bottle. Yeah, like it's it's good. It's really good. It's more lime than sweet. But it's super light the flavor. I know. That's I'm talking about it. I'm like I'm ready for another. Good way too much salt. I did way too much salt. I ruined it. Like look, mine's turning pink. It's not supposed to be pink. Just so y'all know. I put lime salt on it. I don't recommend lime salt with it because it's already very lime flavored. Yeah,

LA:

it had cut does have a saltiness tootle on its own. Mm hmm. Yeah,

Berly:

I would say it doesn't need salt. Like whenever it says ready to drink. They ain't fucking lion. It's ready. It's ready to drink. It's ready to go. You don't really need to add anything to it, which we did last time. Just ice Yeah, chilled. But it's really really good. So reserve bar or go to enjoy El mar.com to order a bottle. I'm not a big Margarita person, but I'll probably have this regularly in my fridge, especially over summer. Yeah. Whoo. Yeah. And then I had something fun. I don't I'm y'all bear with me. We're gonna see if I can make this work. I bought us a little treat. What did I have? Hang on? Hang on. Hang on. I'm gonna make it happen. Okay, we're waiting. Am I doing it? Can you see me? What are we supposed to see? Mark? Shepards. Pretty nice.

LA:

Oh, okay.

Berly:

Is he on there? Yeah. I don't know if the volume is going to come through. I hope it does. I hope y'all are able to hear it.

Unknown:

Burley and La Can you hear it? I think it's LA. Says Pepto for specific engagement milestone. We just finished the first five seasons of supernatural for a podcast and in wrap nightmares. We have 10 more to go. We adore Crowley and your performance. We just want to hear you talk. Go have fun you denim clad nightmares. Plenty of those around. But look after each other seriously. And thank you for being part of the supernatural family. You got a good start. Season Five is where it starts to get interesting. And I'd be going up to season eight real soon. So that's my favorite. They look after each other. As I said thank you for being part of the supernatural family. Could be kind be safe be well, and now I feel Excuse me. I have a little house erase. Congratulations.

Berly:

We go able to hear that. Okay, I see Theresa smiling. So I assume that nffc people clapping his voice my God, that's a good one. Like, I want that voice like, I don't want it to be my wake up alarm, right? Because you're not gonna want to get out of bed if you're hearing that voice. So I want it to be like the whole like, ooh, it's 10pm. Do you know where your children are? I don't have children actually. So like, more like, ooh, it's 10pm Get to bed, nighttime, get to bed. Take care of yourself, because he told us take care of yourselves. It's true. But I love him so much. And he said season eight his favorite. Yeah, we already know we gotta make it to season nine. All right. So the other thing Austin bases who plays spruce in the ghost phasers, he saw our post and he sent me the ghost there is a ghost spacers video with Castile. So he sent me that. He also sent me that they did the introduction for supernatural at some ComiCon several years ago, and I haven't seen that anywhere before. So I thought it would be fun to share that with everybody. He is a doll if you guys don't follow him on Instagram. Oh, no. Pies. Ah, it was too excited to be shown. And so I told him I was like, if I can figure it out. I'm going to show everybody because this is cute. And I have never seen this before. He's he sent it to you. Mm hmm. Him and Maggie, the actress who plays Mackay I'm blanking on her name right now. Brittany, they both commented and messaged are on the on the go spacers stuff. They apparently had a freaking blast filming that web series. It looked like it was nothing but fun. That would have been so much fun and the theater that they got to film it in. That was a cool like that seemed like it was an actual theater that they went and found. So that would have been a cool set to film in. It looked like it was fun. Okay, now let's see if I can figure out how to do this. I did the mark Shepherd thing. So I'm feeling real confident. Now. You got it. I got this. I'm 42 but i i can do technology. I'm a millennial. I can. I'm like on the cusp of you know why? You know why? You haven't heard it. Why? Because the lineal was what they used to call my generation and then somebody somebody somewhere recently decided oh, no, we'll call them elder millennials. Why? What was wrong was a millennial. So I'm bringing it back. Okay, I am not an elder millennial. Okay, I am ozone lineal la tries to say she's Gen X. You are not. You are hard millennial. Like you're just an old soul. Yeah, it's okay. She like gets offended. By Okay, let's see if I can share this. Okay. Okay, I did it. I don't see it. Oh, no, I do. Oh, there we go. Okay, so this is really cute. Hopefully y'all can hear it.

A childhood bond of love and an undying machine from the six icons, the ghostbusters.com Guys, guys, the fans the slide the fan can screwing up the audio. I need for my second turn the breeze. Yeah, you misread this email. crypkey didn't ask us to introduce our new show. We're supposed to intro supernatural. That was good for audio. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Go Harry. And now goes phasers.com is pleased to present I grew my hair out just so I look sexy and a fan creepy. Supernatural Season Five what is happening Hey guys, now Corbett, especially now when he's bent over.

Berly:

Oh my god. Okay. Let's cheers. Cheers, Austin. Thank you, Austin for sending us the very funny clip. I was not expecting the Corbett cameo. It's funny. So that was fun. All right, I think that's all are that's all our housekeeping items. So now, let's get into the listener. I gotta remember, I gotta get in the microphone. I'm so bad. When I'm editing. I'm like, I'll be talking over here sometimes, like, I just, you got that voice. That's fine. You're always matter where you are our questions that were submitted on Instagram. Let's get into it. So this first one, you're gonna go first, and I did not. I don't know if you read this question. I didn't. I told you to read the questions. And yeah, yeah, so this will be interesting. What is your favorite season so far? Mine was season five. I'm just gonna say probably this one. Yeah. Lots of deck. Chairs. Yeah, I think this one. Why did you like this one? And y'all put in the chat. What's your favorite season is? Oh, yeah. Yeah, there is. There he is. What's your favorite season and why? Okay, season five. Yeah, season five. Why is your why is five years? Me?

LA:

I don't know. I guess it just seems like they kind of finally hit their stride. Like it was like just every like, each episode was good. Like, I don't think there was one where I was like,

Berly:

huh, even like the filler episodes were entertaining and good. Yeah. I really enjoyed it. Season three. I liked season three, two. Okay, I liked that. Season three. We talked about it when we were recording it. It got a little campy in season three. And I I enjoyed that. I enjoyed that. It was kind of campy, there was all this color all of a sudden, which I know that was searched. The sweetness was told he had to put color in it. But I liked that they kind of went campy with it with the influx of color that was suddenly there. So I like three to I and I've seen people say three is the worst. And I'm just like why? It was cute. I enjoyed 340 Because the salmon Ruby, huh? You like toxicity and your relationships? Don't share. It was sexy though. The demon blood Ark. Oh, okay. I think there is a worst season. I won't know. Well, we'll have to decide if there was a worst season. I'll let you know when we 10 seasons from now one because the beginning. I agree. I agree. Michelle. I liked one and then five. swan song. It was a beautiful finale. It was a really good finale. Swan Song in season five. Yeah. Julia Dean and his journey during season three. Oh, yes. Yes. Until he got tore up by hellhound. Right. No matter who your favorite character is, I feel like you're gonna see them die at least once in the show. Yeah. All right. So now, for the one that we did put a lot of thought into. Well, at least you did. I still don't know. Pick your three favorite episodes across all five seasons. One person said lol Burly. We'll just pick Richard Speight Jr. Episodes. Obviously. It's a possibility. Okay, so something I did do. I was not happy for this question. I was worried about this question is I went back and I took note from each of our season finales, as to what we said was our favorite episodes in each season. So in season one, you miss thing did not pick a favorite episode. You didn't even pick just two favorite episodes. In Season One. Your four favorite episodes were Scarecrow, the one where they go to the small town and there's apple orchard and all that face with the Reaper nightmare with the nostril acting guy. Yeah, like I'm serious. And then something wicked with the witch and I want to apologize to the actor who played the witch thing. And something wicked. I was like, I don't like your face. Who am I? He's what's wrong with me? What were we drinking during that episode? Oh, I do not like her. Whatever. Whatever we were drinking during something wicked was probably

LA:

reprimanded you?

Berly:

You agreed with me? No. Not true. He just had villainous like features. So whenever I was saying I didn't like his face. I just meant that. Like, I knew there was something sinister about him right away. But like, who am I to judge? I have a I have a witch's chin and a witch's nose. People can say the same thing about me. A surest Buck have a witch's cackle that you do Yeah, that you do. i It's my life goal to be a witch in the woods one day, so you know guess doctor who played the witch? I'm sorry. You want to live in the woods. I was being a bad person that day. Well, as long as there's air conditioning, let's not get unrealistic here. In a grocery store within like a 10 minute drive rough in it. Got and plumbing. It If

LA:

I made a house in the woods, okay, I

Berly:

want to live in a city, but I want my building be surrounded by trees. Okay, got it, or like a dome that I can close treehouse. I don't know I don't have an ACL on my left leg. I don't know that I should be up high where I could do a ramp. I could slide down and not fall. Okay, so that was season one. Season One. Those were your four favorites. And then I had three favorites in season one asylum. I stand by that choice. Hell House. I stand by that choice. Go spacers Sam Anatel. Check. And then I put Devil's trap. That was an excellent season finale. It was an excellent season finale. So I stand by those. Do you stand by your four? Yeah, yeah. Okay. I'm delaying us having to say our three favorites. Because I don't know. Ready. Alright, season two. You said heart. And born under a bad sign. We all know why those were your favorites. We don't need we don't even need to talk about it. You would not shut up about Sam's arms in heart during that sex scene. You liked it nice. It was nice. It was nice. And then born under a bad sign. Evil Sam. Magnetic Sam. And then my favorite and season two was tall tales. And then I also said roadkill but I just said that because I had only prepared one episode and I just had to think of a second one to say I did like roadkill don't get me wrong, but it wouldn't. I wouldn't say that was a favorite. Okay. I don't need to explain tall tales. True, everybody. And then season three. You said ghosts phasers, of course. Look at you smiled and Dream a Little Dream. I said mystery store. I spent mystery story. Its Mystery Spot. And fresh blood. Okay, that was one of my favorite Kim manners episodes. I remember that was one of the first episodes where I found myself like out of my seat. I don't know if you remember I like went turned off all the lights. I was like, Oh God. Oh, God. Oh, God. We got it. We got to set the set the mood. We got to get into this fresh blood was so good. And I still rarely see people talk about that episode. I thought it was so good. And then season four. You said monster movie. And the monster at the end of this book? Because chuck of course, we should not have done a shot of vodka before this. I'm sorry. I was

LA:

just thinking I'm gonna be Yeah, it was over. Yeah.

Berly:

La got nervous because I told her she was like, Did you set like an RSVP? Do we know how many people are coming? And I was like, No. Like, I just put the link out there. Like we're just gonna let go and let God we'll see who shows up. And so she was like, We need a shot of vodka. But like I told you, for sure. This Margarita man. It's good stuff. I like the el mar ready to drink Margarita monster movie, which I loved monster movie. That was so good. And then I said Lazarus rising When the Levee Breaks. That's the one we're saying was in the trapped in the panic room and and Lucifer rising, which was the season finale. And then season five. You said changing channels. The Real Ghostbusters and abandon all hope because Amanda and l have made you cry. I still cry. I have it on tape. I did not cry. You cried.

LA:

I think I got choked up.

Berly:

Okay. No, you cry. You had to get over no tears. Look at people laughing Look at people laughing LA LA is so weird about like, no I don't cry. She's so weird about it. Whereas I'm just like all snot all over you. I don't care anymore. No tears. You cried you Aries little bit. You cried. Said

LA:

something in my eye.

Berly:

It's on tape. Okay. All right. Okay, and then I said free to be you and me. Hammer are the gods the devil, you know. And two minutes to midnight. So those were our favorite episodes every season. So LA. Overall, what are your three favorite apps? You

LA:

already set them?

Berly:

Well, you say them what are your three favorite overall ghost phasers? You love those fuckers? You love them so much. monster movie? monster movie month?

LA:

Yeah. And changing channels.

Berly:

Damn right. Okay, so if I have to pick three. I don't like this game. I don't like this game. I'm going to say fresh blood. Yeah, I loved fresh blood. I mean, Sterling K Brown. Oh, yeah. Good stuff. Kinda.

LA:

I'm kind of sad. They killed him off. I'd like to have him come back.

Berly:

I know what we're going to talk about that in a second. Okay. And then so fresh blood hammer of the gods don't like the ending. I'm still upset. The Hammer of the gods. And okay, it's cliche and I don't care. Y'all can judge me tall tales. I knew you were gonna say that tall tales. I see. Thumbs up. I see some stuff. Yay. Yay. So those are those My three, those are my three. I did like Mystery Spot too. Yeah, not I debated about that not because of the reason you would think okay, because he wasn't in it enough. But just because of the implications it had for the rest of season three and going into Season Four is prophetic word. Am I making that up? Yeah. Yeah. Okay, the prosthetic effects of Mystery Spot where we got to see like, how Sam could get dark and all that. I liked it because of that. Yeah, but I would still say hammer the gods and tell tell tall tales are good. Yeah, so fresh blood. Yeah. I'm feeling good about that. Yeah, good ones. On another day. I could probably pick three different ones, but I bet you everybody on this call would say the same thing. But depending on the day, you might pick three different ones. Okay, let's see here. Emily said she's the same as you. She doesn't want to admit she's crying. Crying abandoned all hope is completely acceptable. The Risa said, it's completely acceptable. I didn't cry when we were watching it. You teared up, but

LA:

I choked up don't like didn't get choked up talking about what she what she said to Joe like her last words to Joe.

Berly:

Okay, that's enough. It's a good episode, and they acted it really well. It was really and I was sad to see them go. I know. Like there's not enough female representation in the show already. Alright, and we have Oscar nominated that Stam right. Sterling K Brown. Oh, nominated. I'm slurring. I'm not driving though. So we're good. Mystery Spot. Oh, Teresa said she rewatched Mystery Spot last night to celebrate Groundhog Day. It only gets harder with more seasons to choose. Yeah, that's why we're splitting this shit up, Julia. We're splitting this shit up. I'll be damned. I don't care how many of you if we do add another stream where we say ask us questions. If you all say Oh, pick your favorites for the whole thing. So no, we will pick for show runners that y'all are shaking your heads. I'm doing show runners. We're doing shoulders. We've done crypkey He's a cutie. He's people are shaking. He's cute. Yeah. But yeah, show runners. So we'll do another one of these after Sarah Campbell. Okay, she's an extra runner.

LA:

Oh, that's right.

Unknown:

And why are we doing our favorite episodes? Because people want to know, I know what you're saying. We're not going to do them. I want to do them by show runner. I don't want to do them for all because it's hard.

Berly:

Okay, if you say I have to do it. I'll do it. Okay.

LA:

Okay. That's exciting. We're telling you what to do.

Berly:

You always can. I'm very susceptible. I'm a Pisces. Okay, I cannot pick my favorite. I see. I'm doing it already. True. Julia. It only gets harder. Yes, yes. I cannot pick my favorite. Always depends on the day and my mood. I agree with that. Yeah, like, I totally feel like if it was a different day, I could pick three completely different episodes and say they were my favorites. Here's the thing that's remembering them all. Yeah, go back. And like there's so many little. But here's the thing, I can literally think of one episode that I didn't enjoy. And when I say I didn't enjoy, it's not that I actually didn't enjoy it. It's just comparing it to everything else that we've watched. In comparison to all those other episodes, it didn't quite stuck up. However. I feel like if I hadn't seen all this other stuff, and you just had me sit down and watch this episode, that I would have enjoyed it. Does that make sense? And the episode I'm talking about is long distance call is the one where it was the dog monster and the ghost phone calls where we were like, Okay, this doesn't make sense. And this doesn't make you know what I mean. But even like the guest actor who did the what was it CRO kata, kata monster. After you told me the lore, I think back on it, and I'm like that guest actor or the director who told him to do, he worked it. But it's just because of the standard they set with everything else. It didn't measure up. Yeah. Does that make sense? I'm rambling. Okay, bugs. Okay. I didn't like LA couldn't even watch bugs. And I remember you were the one who was recapping the episode. And I was real worried. Because while we were watching bugs, like well watch it together. And so we're watching bugs. And I kept every time I looked over at LA, she was like, no, she had our hands. I'm just not looking. She would be writing or she would have her hands over her face. And I was just like, Oh, God. What's gonna happen? Did not like bugs. You know, I didn't particularly like bugs, but I didn't like bugs because it just seems so cliche.

LA:

I mean, the episode was, there's nothing wrong with it. I just hate bugs.

Berly:

Right? You hate bugs. But the storyline I was like, this is very poltergeist II cliche. But back in the day, I'm sure it was fine. Yeah, but yeah, I agree bugs. Family remains. I did not like that one. Which ones that that's the one where the kids are in the walls. Oh yeah. Creepy twins in the walls. Yes, yes. Okay, so next question we have I don't like this question either. We're gonna do it we're gonna do it out of all five seasons. What is your absolute favorite episode? monster movie monster movie was so good that's my favorite and Todd stache wick he's another one that I wouldn't mind having is like an alarm like telling me to do things. His voice it's very nice. But yeah, monster movie was so good. Okay, I'll start typing in the chat like okay, and the other ones were monsters any other ones were monsters are just people always disturbed me more to I agree Emily. Like the benders. Oh, very Hills Have Eyes. Okay, so what are you what are your favorite episodes of overall? La pictures? Did

LA:

you say your?

Berly:

I didn't because I don't know. Okay, I have to pick one. I have to pick one. I have to pick one. Tall Tales. Yeah. Tall Tales. It was the first one that I remember like literally being giddy after watching it. It was just so good. Yeah, I enjoyed tall tales a lot. So monster movie tall tales. What about you guys? Thigh holster you in that thigh holster. You in that thigh holster in the end. I know that the preacher man in 99 problems was not your man. But I definitely clocked the thigh holster on your behalf the Raisa I was sure to make sure a brace packing. Packing That's right. I don't see any What are your favorite episodes overall when Levee Breaks? I love When the Levee Breaks. That was such a good episode. Two call something wicked Bad Day at Black Rock. Nice Nice. Nice. All hell breaks loose. That was a good one. Excuse me. I thought about that one for my list. When will it be what's one all hell breaks loose? Yeah. Lazarus rising. Mm hmm. We just We have never Jason before. 10 Minutes to Midnight. Oh, I love that episode. There's so many deaths interests, but also I mean, Y'all give it up. Matt Ferber I don't know of very many actors who could have come in and made pestilence something you would want to watch on screen. The first time we saw even the first time we saw him. That man was I mean, we're talking what was it? What was the thing where he was like, what is it? Headroom, headroom Max like the like the sunglasses? Am I talking? I don't know what you're talking about. Who is old enough to know what I'm talking about Max Headroom. Isn't that when he was named? Teresa Teresa? Yeah, it was a Max Headroom. That was Matt Ferber? Yes. Yes. That was Matt for the guy. He was like digital and he had sunglasses and like up high tops like blonde hightop. And we'd be like, ah, like did stuff on the video? You? Oh, I know our age different what? What was it was MTV and all kinds of stuff. Oh, Teresa is holding it up. Look, look, look. Look at Teresa's you remember him? Oh, okay. Yeah, that was Matt Frewer. Really? Yes. Yeah, that was meant for even in the the gas station scene was disgusting. And yeah, I personally, I saw you covering your face and looking like, I couldn't look away. I couldn't look away even though it was gross. I was just like, not for I couldn't he Yeah, he he did a great job did a great job of being discussed, I think discussing and then like his bedside manner as a doctor when he was. So it was so good. We're just being so sweet and yet so vile to that woman at the same time. So yeah, two minutes to midnight killed. I loved it. I loved it. I wish the especially after watching the special features and hearing how much thought they had put into their cars and all this other stuff. I wish they had done more with them. I know me too with the horsemen. I really do. They were so good. Wishful thinking that was a cute one. Wishful thinking was the one with the teddy bear. I didn't like the whole consent being completely taken away from people aspect of wishful thinking. But it was cute. It was cute. Yeah. And certainly in the early 2000s That wasn't something that people were thinking about very often. True. What is and what should never be? That was the one with a gin right? Hmm, yes. I see people shaking their head. Yes. That was a good one to my only issue with that one. Literally the only issue because the search the sweetness which Michelle thank you for telling us that searches last name means this witness because we Hi, now I know what just happened this sweetness because neither one of us can pronounce his name correctly. So but we can say the sweetness. Typically, I obviously just learned the hell out of it. But the color he did the cinnamon, what is what's the color he did in that episode? just phenomenal. My only issue with that episode was that Dean's girlfriend was just some chick from a ad that he saw in a magazine. I wish they had made it Cassie, I still do it. I still do to this day. I wish it had been Cassie, you know, somebody that we knew he actually had an emotional attachment to Yeah, I think that would have made it more believable him wanting to stay in that world. If he actually had an attachment to the person he was partnered with in that world. That's my only complaint about that one. But it was a really good episode. It was a really good episode. I say three, so beat me to it. She said that too. So our next question, which side character do you think will be developed more? In the next few seasons? La Do you have anybody? Um, is Adam coming back? I think Adam comes back at some point, but I think that it's a while. Right. Okay. Have the same with Dean moaning Vaughn. Yeah, that was funny. Yeah, I think Adam, I think it's a while for Adam. Okay. But that can still be your answer. Yeah. Yeah. That can be your answer. I haven't answered that. I feel like it's going to be obvious, but I'll say it. Crowley Oh, yeah. We I already know, I already know, we aren't gonna get the one that I want to see until nine, season nine. So I'm just not even we're not gonna go there. But Crowley, I assume we're gonna get to see him more. I know that Mark Shepherd ends up being a main cast person. So Crowley, I look forward to seeing Crowley developed more. And Raphael, he's still around, right. Like he's still stuck in the holy fire in the abandoned house, as far as we know. But I would like I want to see Raphael because y'all know I'm gonna listen angel. I love me my angels. Yeah. I don't know. I don't know if the angels are done after this. Oh, really? I don't know. I don't remember. Oh, Lisa, I guess I hope she gets to be a developed a little bit more, because as far as I'm concerned, that came out of left field.

LA:

When I know you talked about it a lot. Yeah. which like I

Berly:

said, I'm not mad about it. But I would like to be happy about that. Yeah. You know what I mean? So I hope that we get to know Lisa a little bit more, because we don't really know her very much at this point. No. So those those Crowley, Raphael, and Lisa, those are the ones that I'm hoping for. And then also, when we were watching the special features for season five, one of the things that crypkey mentioned, was how didn't he say like, at least 10 episodes out of a season where self enclosed, like something like that. It was like the majority of the seasons within a season he was saying or self enclosed, which I'm not complaining about. But moving forward with a new showrunner. I am hopeful that that changes. Because with that pattern, they weren't able to develop some things. Like in season two, the demon children, or the archangels, or the horsemen, like all of those things could have been further developed. If not, so many episodes were intended to be self enclosed, where they didn't so much address the overall. Yeah, you know what I mean? So that's something that isn't necessarily about a character per se, but I'm hoping in the future seasons, maybe changes a little bit. So yeah, Lisa was in his head and dream, a little dream, which I followed that the reason I did follow that, but what I personally saw that more of as at the time, was Dean just kind of fantasizing about having a normal life. Not so much as Dean was in love with Lisa, if that makes sense. Can't be both. It can't be both. I just didn't. Like I said, I'm not saying that there's not a thread to follow. I just personally didn't follow that thread. So I was kind of caught off guard when all of a sudden, Lisa was this important thing? I can't think of any weekend long playing that I had. That would be important to me. Just personally, and then the last question we got was did Eric crypkey ever want to come back when he saw how long the show kept going for? And I thought that maybe because of what I was originally calling this event that people thought we were actually going to have Eric crypkey On. So my bad because that would that would be confusing. But I did go ahead and Google I found an article on what is this entertainment weekly.com, where it was talking about how Eric was handing the reins over to somebody else. And one of the questions was, why did you decide to step down as a showrunner and Eric crypkey said that, you know, we've reached the end of this five year storyline. And I just thought the timing was right. He knew that they were closing a chapter and opening a new one. So it just made sense for him to take a step back. He wanted to focus on some new projects. But he's still very much kept his quote, grubby little mitts in the show. So he was still around. Like he directed episodes, he's still provided input on episodes, he was still around. In fact, he said that he felt that Sarah gamble, and Robert singer probably wished that he had stepped back even more. So he's still stuck around. During the next run of the show. It's not like he just completely stepped away, was he still a producer or just showing up? He said that he saw him as being a safety net, and just making sure that the show's fell in the broadest possible parameters. And he did write an episode and he was also slated to direct an episode. So we'll see him pop up as a writer or a director on future episodes when we get into it. All right. And then the last thing I thought would be fun for us to talk about in regards to Season Five for us to all chat about here is to not so much and talk about our favorite moments from this episode, and our favorite moments from that episode and whatnot. But I've seen a lot of posts and things like that online talking about a supernatural revival. And I've seen a lot of people complaining about how the series finale ruined any chance of a revival. Like we can't do this. We can't do that. We can't do this. We can't do that. Because the brothers, the brothers, the brothers, the brothers, the brothers, and something that LA and I have consistently talked about are how many things that don't revolve around the brothers that we wish we could have found out more about. We've talked about how if they do a revival, we hope they do even if it's just a mini series, like a limited mini series, we hope they do something like I don't know if you guys watch American Horror Story. And they've done this spin off where it's American horror stories, where they go back, and they tell these little each episode is like the self enclosed story, where it's about a character that we saw in one of the American Horror Story seasons or a location that we saw one of the American Horror Story seasons or whatever. I would love for them to do that, where they go back and tell us some of the stories that don't necessarily center around the brothers because we have questions. We have things we would like to know. I've made a list and I asked LA to pick me like pick some of the favorites. So what's the first one you picked that you thought would be interesting la the horsemen so we were talking about how pestilence you know, when he gets his finger cut off, and he's bitching about what happened to his brothers and everything. How fun would it be to see an episode of where like, the the horsemen all get together? bitching about losing their rings or their fingers or whatever? Because they didn't die? Like we know they didn't die? I would like to see more about the horsemen either before the horsemen get released to start the apocalypse or as they're like mending their wounds after the apocalypse. I would love to see an episode where there was more with the horsemen same What do you guys think? Are we the only ones who love it? Yeah, I see. Thumbs up. Thumbs up. Thumbs up. Yes, yes, yes. Yes. Yes. What was your second one? Loki and Callie. Oh, Loki and Callie. I want to see some fat the backstory? Yes. I want to see the meat. I want to see what happened. Give me Loki and Callie. Yep. And mercury. I wouldn't mind yeah, I want some more mercury to any of the gods honestly from him or the gods, but particularly Loki and Callie. I want to see that backstory. Yeah, what happened there? Because that was some history. People shaking their head juicy. Yes.

LA:

What's your third? Uriel and Zacharias?

Berly:

We know that the angels all knew each other, right? Like give me some Uriel and Zachariah. Give it sassy. Give me sassy. I need it. Not to mention Robert resume and Kurt fuller. Yes, yeah, yes, yes, yes. Because we know that urea was sent down first. So like, maybe they could do an episode where Zechariah is like telling your reel he has to go down there or something or even just further back. I don't care. Uriel and Zachariah, want it so bad. What's next?

LA:

The time is on my side one.

Berly:

Okay. So I came up with two different scenarios that I think we could get from time as long as our side. First of all, document and Like they just threw him out a fridge and buried them. So obviously he's not replacing his organs. Did he die? did he escape? What happened to document and and then the other thing that I thought would be interesting to see based off of how time is on my side ended Bella. We know she went to hell. Yeah, yeah that's so I figured that was going to be the one that you are going to be most interested in. What happened to Bella? Did she become like Crossroads demon? I could definitely see Bella being a crossroads demon or more of her backstory to more of her backstory would be interesting. How she went from this kid who became orphaned to becoming the kind of witchy badass that she was like, she wasn't quite a witch, but she knew about this stuff and whatever like to see that story. Or like I said, after like, let us see the hellhounds take her what happened to her after that. Did she become a crossroads demon? When like the Gates get open? Oh, wait, no, the case got opened before her. Nevermind. But like, yeah, let me see Bella and hell yeah. Maybe she like ended up playing some games and climbing to the top of the corporate ladder, or something. I think that could be fun. Did you have another one you liked? No, I

LA:

was going to try and find the list again, though. But those are my top four from the list.

Berly:

I like I see so many people who have said they hated Bella. And I'm just like, why? I could see I could see it but like she was obviously a woman written by a man. Like we can all agree on that she was she was a female character written by a man. But there was some potential with Bella. I see head shaking Okay, people are agreeing with people are agreeing. And that's what I want to see. I want to see that potential explored further with Bella. And like I said her being a crossroads stem and that's not that far of a jump from what she was already fucking doing. Yeah, so imagine how many souls Bella could go and fucking get man. Like, she could just stack that stuff up. And I think that would be a fun. Not a series. But like I said, the self enclosed episode. Let us see what happened to Bella. Let us see what happened to the horsemen. Let us see what happened here.

LA:

That'd be fun.

Berly:

I think so too. Yeah, she thinks too. And she shot Sam. Yeah. Did you see another one you liked?

LA:

No. I can't believe you put bugs on there. Okay, I

Berly:

did put bugs on there. I did put bugs on there. And I'm sure you are mad about it. But what happened to that neighborhood? Yeah, I know. Did that dad like Did he successfully keep anybody for moving into those houses? What happened to that neighborhood? Because Sam and Dean just kind of were like, yep, this down. Did he give it to the Native American people to be like, this is this is your land like you? Y'all are the only ones who can live here without this curse happening. Like what happened? I'm just saying that was an open end. But that happened. True. True. And then I also have Bloodlust what happened to the vegan vampires. Where did they go? Where's Eli? Hmm. And then I thought it would be interesting for us to have a self enclosed episode where it shows Gordon and his sister Yeah, you know hold on Gordon. Whole thing of Gordon. Let us see what happened with Gordon how he became the hunter that he became like, I would love an episode of that. Another episode that I thought was kind of left open that I would mind going back to visit is that apartment with HH Holmes like they just poured concrete in there. No, yeah, but he's a ghost. The concrete stuff the ghost. Did they put salt in the concrete or iron in the concrete? Probably what happened there? I thought it would be fun to see Croatoan episode where we actually see pestilence. Oh, yeah, behind the scenes of all that. Oh, I would love to see if they did a spin off like this. I would love to see more vessel stories. Like you know how we got the story of Jimmy Novak? Castile. I would like to see more vessel stories. I want to see Ruby as a witch back in whatever you wish she lived. And there was that demon and Malleus Maleficarum. It was like, Oh, you you pledged your soul to me. I want to see that story.

LA:

I think that yeah.

Berly:

I would watch this too. I want to see Crowley's vessel story, huh? Bobby And those twins. And are you there? They were like the monster goddess Bobby. And it was your What monster? Who are these twins? What happened?

LA:

Maybe you should start the series yourself.

Berly:

I'm just saying there's I'm just saying there are a lot of stories already ready to be told while they figure out how the fuck they're gonna do whatever with Sam and Dean again. There's plenty of stories to tell. Yeah, Albuquerque Martin and Albuquerque and Sam interrupted. I'll never forget whatever you and I were watching it and they were like, we know what happened in Albuquerque. And you and I both got our pens ready? Like oh, yeah, we're gonna find out. Nothing. Nobody said anything. They just let people are laughing. They're like we know. We know what the fuck happened in Albuquerque. I'll never know if I hope we do need to pitch this to them. I'm trying right now. Are they on here? I want to know. I also want to note to Jay and Vernon ever make up after the card trick episode, because that made me really sad. That Jay was just kind of left alone by himself. Criss Angel is a douchebag what happened there? And then Jack his wife that was pregnant. Did she go give birth to a rec room? Huh? Oh, what happened? People are sitting there laughing at me. Did she go give birth to a regroup? Who's gonna go take care of that? That kids running around and people?

LA:

Right? He's an Albuquerque. He's

Berly:

an Albuquerque. He might be or she who knows. Curious Case of Dean Winchester. What did Patrick do after the love of his life aged and died right before him? What did Patrick do? know? Tell him Patrick can come here he Okay, Patrick. What else is on here? Okay, changing channels what was happening to cast during that whole episode? Because every time he popped up, he looked worse and

LA:

worse, and worse, getting the crap eat out of something.

Berly:

And then Jesse Turner? What was his what? What did he go do in Australia?

LA:

Oh, yeah. He

Berly:

was like a 10 year old kid. What are you gonna do? What happened in Australia see still life?

LA:

You're gonna have to write about it in these episodes.

Berly:

To write all these episodes, Gary and Nora from the swapmeet you know, did they become hunters? Do they keep practicing witchcraft? Did they live happily ever after? Yeah, I have a lot of questions. Oh, oh, I just saw another another vessel backstory that you and I both really wanted. The dental hygienist that Lula's took out took over? Oh, yeah. Yeah. What's her life been like? Because she got possessed and then abandoned. And she thought she was gonna get laid with Sam and that was just like, Nope, we're gonna leave you here. And then the next like two episodes later, all of a sudden the digital hygenist was possessed again, like, I would like to see what happened to her recovery or recovery just to get possessed again. And then the guy that she thought she was gonna get to have sex with coming in and being like, No, I'm gonna kill you instead. Like oh, like the whole thing. Poor dental hygienist? What other what other side stories that don't necessarily revolve around the brothers. Do you guys think would make a good episode and like self enclosed? Oh shit. What we're almost out of time. Oh, oh, Jo Ellen and ash. I agree. Yeah, yes. Yes. Yes. It'd be nice to see an episode this surrounded around the Roadhouse. Croatoan Yeah, this was saying like, I would like to see like pestilence come and scoop all those people up. Because we know Pestalozzi is the first piece the first Horsemen of the Apocalypse. Little boy that saw Dean kill his mama. Ah. Oh, yeah, I don't know. I don't remember that episode. Oh, Andy. That would have been Andy was the one who could? Oh, yeah, yeah, okay. Yeah. Gabrielle tigerman. It would be nice to see him discover his powers and like how he got to where he was yeah, he met the brothers because of we unfortunately know how Andy story and sonar cast from the end.

LA:

Yeah. That would be fun. That would be a good one. All

Berly:
